Live from the Lab: A Stem Cells Workshop

Join us for a stem cell and pancreas research workshop live from the lab! In this session, we’ll explore cutting-edge research at the McEwen Stem Cell Institute by discussing what stem cells are and how scientists use them to generate pancreatic cells. A live lab tour will demonstrate how researchers grow and study these cells to explore cell replacement therapies and better diabetes treatment options.

Open to Grade 9-12 and undergraduate/college students.
