From Invisible to a Visual - Hypotheses and Histology

Open to Grade 7-12 and undergraduate/college students.

In this session youth will learn about how scientists develop and design research projects. Isabel Lim, a graduate student at the University Health Network, will go through the process of forming a hypothesis, choosing experimental methods and performing experiments. Specifically, students will get to learn about the use of histology as an experimental technique, which is the study of tissues and cells under a microscope.
